At Hand & Host, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Since our products fall under the wellness and consumable category, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (nutraceutical gummies), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, unless it meets the conditions mentioned below.

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product is tampered with or leaking upon delivery

To be eligible, you must:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original condition

Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases where replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • Replacement is not available
  • Order was cancelled before dispatch
  • Order is lost in transit or undelivered

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor variations in taste, texture, or color (common in nutraceutical products)
  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
